Shipping & Handling
 
Item will be shipped within 2 business days from Shanghai, China as soon as we get payment. Expedite shipping via express delivery services to buyers.
 
Buyer pays for shipping and the mail goes to the main cities of buyer's country within 3 to 6 business days. If you can not get it over 10 business days, please contact us and we will track it for you.
 
Our online shopping-cart system currently can automatic caculate the shipping fee for most major countries. Customers whose countries are not in our list, please contact us for more information.
 
Customers are responsible for their customs duties if any.

We accept credit cards direct through PAYPAL secure payment system. For existing Paypal account, just simply enter your user name and password to make the payment. If you do not have a Paypal account yet, you will need to fill up all required information in Paypal's payment form to make your payment. Please contact us if you would like to pay with international money order.
 

Warnings

 Please use your ozone generator as per the instructions written in the User's Manual that comes with the unit. Any misuse of the unit resulting in personal injuries and/or property damages is the sole responsibility of the user !

 
One Year Limited Warranty

Taoture International Enterprises Inc. warrants each new product sold by Taoture International Enterprises Inc. and its authorized resellers against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase of the product. This warranty applies only to the first retail purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owners or purchasers of such products. If a defect exists, at its sole discretion Taoture International Enterprises Inc. will repair or replace the product. Any repair or replacement will assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product.

One Year Limited Warranty Does Not Apply

  1. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or any other product(s), 
  2. to a product or any part(s) that is modified, tampered with, altered, converted or repaired in anyway by anybody other than Taoture International Enterprises Inc. staff or Taoture International authorized reseller, 
  3. to a product or any part(s) such as ozone cell (including ozone plate, ozone tube or ozone lamp) that is consumable or expendable (Taoture International Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to amend the list of consumables without prior notice), 
  4. to an optional unit or any other accessories used in connection with the product such as air stones, tubing, air filters or air dryers. (Taoture International Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to amend the list of optional units and accessories without prior notice). 
  5. if any serial or lot number has been removed or defaced. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEARBY DISCLAIMED. IF TAOTURE INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES INC. CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY. No Taoture International reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. TAOTURE INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR LOSS OF USE OF SUCH PRODUCT, LOST PROFITS, DIRECT DAMAGES, INDIRECT DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND/OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from country to country. 

Making A Valid Claim

The option to repair or replace will be the exclusive decision of Taoture International Enterprises Inc. Repair or replacement costs associated with any invalid warranty claims will be based on Taoture International retail prices at the time of the work performed. You will be notified if Taoture International determines that misuse will result in an invalid claim.
If you feel that our product is not operating satisfactorily you must:

  1. Contact Taoture International Enterprises Inc. authorized reseller in the country where you purchased the product or us.
  2. Provide your name, address, telephone number.
  3. Provide the selling reseller�s name.
  4. Provide proof of the original purchase containing a description of the product(s), purchase date, and the appropriate Product serial and/or lot number.
  5. Describe in clear terms what is the failure.
  6. Follow our returning instructions to return the unit.

If you are asked to return the unit in question to Taoture International Enterprises Inc., you must pay all shipping costs. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt, and items must be in new condition. We are not responsible for incoming freight charges and shipping costs are non-refundable.
